A 15×12” (actual ~14.7″x~12″) sheet is enough to back 6–10 standard patch shapes, depending on size. A full yard is great for batching out large runs or mixing materials.

🧷 How to Apply Your PluffStick
🔹 Step 1: Prepare Your Patch
Place your patch face up on the paper (non-glue) side of the PluffStick sheet.

Carefully trace the patch with a pencil and cut out the shape of your patch.

Flip the adhesive so the glue side faces the back of the patch (paper side facing up).

🔥 Apply Adhesive to Patch
For PluffStick Pro:
Use a heat press at 340°F
Press for approx. 5 seconds at light pressure

For PluffStick Easy:
Use a heat press or household iron at 275°F
Press: 5 seconds at light pressure
Iron: 10 seconds at light pressure

Note: Always press on the paper side of the adhesive. You may use a cover sheet (e.g., parchment or Teflon) to prevent glue from transferring to the heat surface.

Remove the protective paper backing from the patch once cooled.

🔹 Step 2: Apply Patch to Garment
Results may vary depending on garment thickness, texture, or fabric. Always test first. For best results, apply heat from the back side of the garment, if possible.

For PluffStick Pro :
Use a heat press at 340°F
Press for 20 seconds at firm pressure

For PluffStick Easy:
Use a heat press or household iron at 275°F
Press: 25 seconds at firm pressure
Iron: 25 seconds at firm pressure

⏳ Allow 48 hours for full adhesive strength. Do not wash during this time.

🧼 Washing & Care
PluffStick Pro:
Wash-safe up to 200°F
Hold strength: 75 g/m²

PluffStick Easy:
Wash-safe up to 100°F
Hold strength: 55 g/m²

Material is cut to size by hand measurements may differ.

Note: PluffStick is not sticky when cold, It requires heat to activate.
